Due to the nature of our products, Timothy Hay and other pet food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of the products we provide to all customers.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any pet food products after an order has been processed or delivered.
